Celebrate the festive season with family and friends at Mode Kitchen & Bar this Christmas Eve with a three-course meal selected by award-winning Head Chef Francesco Mannelli.

Choose from a beautiful selection of gourmet signature dishes from traditional favourites to festive creations such as fresh stracciatella, yellow peach and fennel pollen to Hiramasa kingfish sashimi, sweet and sour sauce, roasted macadamias.  Indulge with your loved ones and enjoy wood roasted fish of the day, shallot, rocket and capers pesto, accompanied by a side of iceberg salad, sesame and furikake or green and butter beans, roasted almond and lemon.

Finish your celebrations on a sweet note with Pastry Chef Elliott and Quentin’s wonderful creations.  Treat yourself to a strawberry and vanilla fraisier with rose sorbet or Mode’s famous frozen pavlova with coconut, mango and passion fruit.
