Celebrate Lunar New Year at Mode Kitchen & Bar with a vibrant three-course menu consisting of oriental styles utilising fresh Australian produce.

Head Chef Francesco Mannelli has built an intricate menu accentuating the qualities of each ingredient, leaving guests with a memorable flavour experience. Decadence meets authentic dining to mark this special occasion, from freshly caught steamed reef coral trout to fragrant osmanthus flower & coconut jelly.
