Start with Chef Francesco’s hero Hiramasa kingfish sashimi dish, served with sweet & sour sauce, macadamia and pickled onions.

When it comes to mains, there’s a reason the Acquerello risotto with green asparagus and morel mushrooms has been on the menu from the opening of Mode.

Looking to share? Try one of our signatures – the grilled 1 kg, free range, grass fed, MB 2+ T-bone with horseradish cream is not to be missed.

For a sweet finale, there is no going back, Pastry Chef duo Elliott and Quentin’s famous Frozen Pavlova with coconut, mango and passionfruit is a must!

Looking for something more? Add a beverage package to your A la Carte selection for $70 per person from 1pm – 4pm. Includes free flowing sparkling wine, sommelier selected premium wines and draft beer.
