Celebrate the new year in style, mere minutes from the world-famous Sydney fireworks.

Guests at Mode Kitchen & Bar will be treated to a three or four-course degustation menu created by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli including delectable dishes such as; Sydney Rock Oysters, Raw Scampi, Radish & Sea Succulents and Grilled Wagyu Mayura Station Tri Tip MB9.

To end the night on a sweet note, a Dark Chocolate & Tasmanian Cherry Pavlova will be served with a glass of champagne.
