Guests at Mode Kitchen & Bar will be treated to a five-course degustation menu created by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli including Pea & Spanner Crab Tart with Russian Oscietra Caviar, Wood Roasted Marron Lobster with Béarnaise and MB7 Wagyu Striploin.

To end the night on a sweet note, a Dark Chocolate & Tasmanian Cherry Pavlova will be served with a glass of champagne.
