Truffle season is upon us, and we’re delighted to welcome back beautiful, plump and unmistakably fragrant Australian truffles. From 19 June until mid-August we’ll be celebrating the divine ingredient with a much anticipated Festival of Truffle featuring a number of specials that will see truffle lovers rejoicing.
Truffle Tasting Menu ($90) | Indulge in a three-course menu highlighting the unmistakable flavour profiles of fresh Australian truffle. Discover the incredible versatility of the ingredient, from grilled spatchcock laden with generous truffle flakes, through to a sweet and edgy beurre bosc pear & black truffle financier.
The Truffle Table ($175pp) | Delight in a four-course menu specially designed to be shared amongst friends or family. Perfect for groups of 8-12, each course will celebrate rich Australian truffles.
