Truffle season is upon us, and we’re delighted to welcome back beautiful, plump and unmistakably fragrant Australian truffles. From 19 June until mid-August we’ll be celebrating the divine ingredient with a much anticipated Festival of Truffle featuring a number of specials that will see truffle lovers rejoicing.

Truffle Tasting Menu ($90) | Indulge in a three-course menu highlighting the unmistakable flavour profiles of fresh Australian truffle. Discover the incredible versatility of the ingredient, from grilled spatchcock laden with generous truffle flakes, through to a sweet and edgy beurre bosc pear & black truffle financier.

The Truffle Table ($175pp) | Delight in a four-course menu specially designed to be shared amongst friends or family. Perfect for groups of 8-12, each course will celebrate rich Australian truffles. Guests will experience a private talk from head chef Francesco Mannelli. Contact us for more details.


Truffle Cocktails ($25 each) | Discover what is perhaps our most daring creation. A twist on the classics, treat your palette to a Black Truffle Martini, Truffle Espresso Martini or Black & White Negroni.

The Truffle Edition | Truffle takes over our menu as we offer truffle additions to a selection of our renound dishes.


Signature Wild Mushroom & Fresh Black Truffle Risotto | You asked, we listened. Regarded by many as “the best risotto they have ever tasted”, Francesco Mannelli’s decadent dish returns to the menu.
