Vivid is back for another year of incredible light, music and ideas. As the world-famous festival returns to Sydney, for the first time Mode Kitchen & Bar will be showcasing their creativity with a special three-course Vivid menu.
Available throughout the entire Vivid festival period from Friday 25 May until Saturday 16 June for $78 per person, the menu will feature a selection of Head Chef Francesco Mannelli’s favourite seasonal picks. From wood-baked Tomino radicchio to hearty Rangers Valley wagyu cheek, the comforting winter dishes each exude the flair and passion that is synonymous with Mode. Completing the experience is a grand finale dish that is set to ignite all senses; Mannelli’s custom made ‘glow’ Pavlova.
As an added special, free parking will be available for all guests enjoying the special menu between Monday-Thursday, 5.30pm-10.00pm.
