We love a classic.

Once you’ve tried our reimagined Re-Old Fashioned, you’ll never go back. Our twist on one of the most loved cocktails of all time, this version is made with a unique mix of ingredients just to throw in a little element of surprise.

Of course it’s best enjoyed at our bar, but this little treat can also be whipped up at home. Give the recipe a try, straight from the talented bar team.

Ingredients:

Ron Zacapa rum 45ml

Tawny Port 15ml

Aztec Chocolate bitters 2 dashes

Orange bitters 2 dashes

Orange rind (for garnish)

Method:

  1. In a large Old Fashioned glass, combine chocolate and orange bitters over several large cubes of ice.
  2. Add rum and tawny port, and mix well with a stirrer.
  3. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass through a strainer, carefully removing ice cubes.
  4. Serve garnished with a strip of orange rind. For extra impact, tightly wind the rind around a knife before serving.
