Gather with family and friends on December 25th and celebrate the festive season with a gourmet buffet for lunch or dinner at Mode Kitchen & Bar.

Share a delicious range of specially created dishes by Executive Restaurant Chef Francesco Mannelli and his team.  Enjoy seasonal festive creations such as wood-roasted giant Snapper with salsa verde and sambal sauce, roasted rosemary potatoes, along with grass-fed Prime Rib roast and freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters.

Then leave room for mouth-watering desserts created by our talented Pastry Sous Chef Quentin Zerr, which includes his famous Pavlova dessert.

Lunch $225 per person | $100 per child (up to age 12)

Dinner $200 per person | $100 per child (up to age 12)
