Indulge with your loved ones and enjoy a pan roasted Glacier 51 Toothfish, zucchini, lime & saffron sauce, accompanied by a side of iceberg salad with sesame and furikake or Tasmanian rosemary potatoes.
Finish your celebrations on a sweet note with pastry duo Elliott and Quentin’s wonderful creations. Treat yourself to a Valrhona 70% dark chocolate delice & Tasmanian cherries or Mode’s famous frozen pavlova with coconut, mango and passion fruit.
