In the true collaborative spirit of a Sagra, joining Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli, internationally recognised and award-winning Chefs Luca Ciano (Celebrity Chef, Television Presenter and Author), Andrea Accordi (Executive Chef Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok), Enrico Maritan (Chef de Cuisine at Riva Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok) and Enrico Sgarbossa (Pizza Master and consultant) will lend their culinary talents across five dedicated live stations dishing up classic Italian favourites infused with rich Black Truffle.
As you make your way through the vibrant market-style live stations, sip a selection of Italian wines, meticulously pared by Mode's own sommelier Aman Vikhona & Piero Fonseca of The Standard Wine, and enjoy the lively tunes from Accordion duo According To Us, to immerse yourself fully in the atmosphere of Sagra!
