Start your meal with an antipasto buffet selection for entrees and choice of a la carte dishes for mains such as Crumbed Lamb Cutlets, Grilled Tenderloin Steak or Murray Cod Fillet. Finish your meal with a choice of desserts which includes our signature Frozen Pavlova served with coffee crémeux, dark chocolate ganache and coffee ice cream.
