Who doesn’t love a little glamour?
Be whisked back to the golden 1920’s in the elegant surrounds of Mode Kitchen & Bar – a space which celebrates the nostalgia of yesteryear but with a modern twist.
Mode Kitchen & Bar was created by award-winning Sydney-based architects Luchetti Krelle, the masterminds behind some of Sydney’s highest regarded dining establishments – Banksii, Sake and ACME to name a few. The restaurant was designed to be warm and welcoming, drawing inspiration from the golden days of dining and grand hotels.
Enveloped by a wall of crystal-like fluted glass reminiscent of a jewellery box, the experience is intimate and immersive from the moment of arrival. From the central nine-metre-long stone-topped bar to custom-made cosy soft leather banquettes, each element is offers a unique story and element of luxury, while still being comfortable and inviting.
A sensory delight, the space is filled with classic and rich textures of mint green velvet, polished brass, stunning marble and plush leather. The lounge space is punctuated by a beautiful four-metre-tall fabric artwork of Australian native Eucalyptus trees.
We hope you fall in love with the restaurant and bar space just as we have done!
