Our new springtime dishes celebrate the best produce from the season, with winners such as cured Mt Cook salmon salad with green mango & endives, and slow-cooked lamb shoulder, Japanese eggplant & saltbush.
Pair a main with a glass of Australian wine, choosing from 2016 Clonakilla, Viognier, Canberra District; 2016 Clyde Park, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir rose, Geelong VIC or 2015 Nick O’Leary Shiraz, Canberra District.
