Mode Kitchen & Bar will bring produce from NSW’s Orange region to Sydney’s CBD for an exclusive four-course dinner with Philip Shaw Wines on Wednesday 15 November.
Son of Philip Shaw, Daniel has hand-selected the best of his cool climate wines from Orange, including exclusive back vintage and experimental varieties to match to a stunning four-course menu by Mode Kitchen & Bar head chef, Francesco Mannelli.
The bespoke menu showcases regional produce such as local cheese and Mandagery Creek venison, with special release and limited Philip Shaw Wines including Experimental Chardonnay 2015 and No. 5 Cabernet Sauvignon 2012.
Seats at the dinner are strictly limited, with four courses and matching wines for $135 per person. Dinner starts at 6.30pm. Bookings are essential.
